1. Required Delivery Information

2. Shipping Time
***EMS. The delivery time is 5-8 days.
***DHL. The delivery time is 5-7 days.

3.Tracking Methods
You can contact with the customer service about the tracking number and your order statues.
Return&Exchange
Return
1.A return Authorization must be obtained from customer service
2.20% handling fees will be deducted for the commission.
3.Return may takes one to two weeks to process and at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.
4.Please send the Email to contact customer service about Return Authorization.
Exchange
1.Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of order receipt.
2.Specify the exchange item and the new color or size in your email to the customer service.
3.If the items are Non-quality Problems, the customers should pay the shipping charges for exchange.
